TARGETED ASSISTANCE TEMPORARY SHELTER “WITHOUT BORDERS” Our "WITHOUT BORDERS " shelter is a unique space adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility . We have created an environment where everyone can feel safe and comfortable. Temporary shelter for persons with reduced mobility "WITHOUT BORDERS ": provision of temporary accommodation for persons with disabilities and the elderly with 24/7 sanitary care; assistance in finding a place of permanent residence for persons with disabilities and the elderly; medical support. Our residents receive not only physical protection, but also comprehensive support, including: medical; psychological; legal assistance; and also have the opportunity to participate in socialization and training programs.

TARGETED ASSISTANCE SOCIAL SUPPORT For people with physical limitations who do not receive the necessary support due to the evacuation of public social assistance structures and businesses, we: we help to get to medical institutions for the next examination and consultations; we provide auxiliary means of movement: crutches, walkers, wheelchairs; we assist in receiving pensions and social benefits; assistance in placing and restoring documents.

Глобальна жіноча солідарність у вирі криз і загроз Довга історія соціальної еволюції людства, зрештою, висунула на перший план концепцію «прав людини», що не можуть бути обмеженими з огляду на її расу, стать, матеріальне становище, віросповідання чи вік. Запобігання дискримінації природного права людини передбачає конкретну кваліфікацію загроз, які можуть скорочувати обсяг прав певної верстви, спільноти або окремої особи. Приміром, існують специфічні загрози правам дітей. Згідно з сьогоднішніми уявленнями «дітьми» ми вважаємо людей від народження до 18 років. У середині цієї групи ми очевидно виділяємо загрози для різних вікових груп, адже немовлята та підлітки стикаються з несхожими небезпеками. Так само в цій соціальній групі потрібно диференціювати загрози для дівчаток та хлопчаків. Таким чином, сучасний підхід максимально індивідуалізує право людини і одночасно систематизує підхід до захисту її прав. В річищі патріархальної цивілізації біологічно обумовлена різниця між жінками та чоловіками жорстко втілилася в їхніх ґендерних ролях. Тисячоліттями у відповідності з цими ролями чоловіки мали владу і встановлювали правила на доступному їм рівні, а жінки були цим правилам підпорядковані. В цій парадигмі підпорядкованими також були діти, немічні та різноманітні категорії залежних чоловіків, позбавлених патріархального статусу. Сьогодні патріархальний лад сприймається ні інакше, ніж анахронізм, що суперечить моральним нормам та економічним засадам поступального розвитку загальнолюдської цивілізації. Попри цей факт патріархальні практики, а опліч з ними і ультраконсервативне доктринерство все ще широко розповсюджені, проявляючи себе у вигляді насильства та виправданні насильства. Особливий шал у цьому середовищі викликають такі слова як «ґендер» та «фемінізм». Однак якнайбільше ґендерно зумовлене насильство дається в знаки на побутовому рівні, в сім’ї і, на жаль, наслідується як поведінковий шаблон наступними поколіннями. Це становить величезну проблему, в тому числі для розвитку нашого суспільства. Міжнародні організації, прогресивні держави і, певна річ, активісти-волонтери наполегливо захищають права жінок, працюють над загальним поліпшенням їхнього становища та забезпечення інклюзії. Так, Організація Об’єднаних Націй у 2010 році створила спеціальний підрозділ «ООН Жінки», який призваний координувати зусиллях зі сприяння ґендерній рівності у світі. Важливим кроком на міжнародному рівні стало набуття чинності у 2014 році так званою Стамбульської Конвенції Ради Європи, яка криміналізує насильство проти жінок, визнаючи його порушенням прав людини та формою дискримінації. Конвенція пропонує системні та контрольовані стратегії з викорінення цих явищ, через впровадження відповідних рішень на законодавчому рівні. Відтоді Конвенцію ратифікували 36 країн, включно з Україною. Показово, серед країн-підписантів немає ані Білорусі, ані Росії. Ще однією важливою міжнародної аґенцією, що опікується правозахистом та забезпеченням інклюзії для жіноцтва, став Жіночий фонд миру та гуманітарної допомоги (WPHF). Фонд є партнером ООН, національних урядів та локальних гуманітарних організацій по всьому світу. Особливий акцент фонд робить на сприянні ініціативам місцевих гуманітарних організацій, очолюваних жінками. Ключовою діяльністю Жіночого фонду миру та гуманітарної допомоги є фінансування програм, які спрямовані на подолання криз, спричинених війною, стихійними лихами або громадянськими конфліктами. Паралельно вони фокусуються на фінансуванні заходів з розбудови соціальних інститутів, які мають поліпшувати становище жінок на всіх щаблях суспільного життя. Inclusion drive 2.0 The "Inclusion Drive 2.0" project is an important step in creating an accessible and comfortable environment for everyone who needs support. As part of the project, renovation work has begun at the rehabilitation center, a family shelter that will become a safe and cozy place for people with disabilities and people in difficult life circumstances. The main goal of the project is to ensure equal access to rehabilitation services, provide psychological support, and facilitate adaptation to new conditions. All inclusive standards are taken into account during the renovation work: installation of specialized equipment, arrangement of convenient entrances and spacious rooms for people with disabilities, as well as creation of comfortable living conditions for all residents of the shelter. The project not only aims to physically transform the space, but also to create a community where everyone feels accepted and supported. The "Inclusion Drive 2.0" project is being implemented as part of the EMPOWER initiative, which is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in cooperation with the European Union and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
