Підтримка сімей, які виховують дітей з інвалідністю: послуга тимчасового відпочинку Для батьків дітей з інвалідністю залишити дитину навіть на короткий час - складне рішення. Це завжди про довіру, безпеку й упевненість у тому, що дитину зрозуміють і підтримають. Саме тому в межах проєкту Малих Грантів впроваджується безоплатна програма тимчасового догляду для дітей з інвалідністю - простір, де дитина перебуває під постійною увагою фахівців і отримує турботу, адаптовану до її індивідуальних потреб. З дитиною працює команда соціальних працівників, психологів, медичних фахівців та педагогів. Ми дотримуємося звичного для дитини ритму, створюємо спокійне й безпечне середовище, у якому вона може почуватися комфортно. Поки дитина перебуває під наглядом нашої команди, батьки або особи, які здійснюють догляд, можуть дозволити собі відпочинок, відновлення сил, турботу про власне здоров’я або вирішення важливих справ - знаючи, що з дитиною все добре. Тривалість перебування: від 3 днів до 2 тижнів, у виняткових випадках - до 30 днів на рік. Можливості оздоровлення та реабілітації У межах програми ми також сприяємо оздоровленню та реабілітації дітей у санаторіях «Роща» та «Бермінводи». Якщо дитина має ІПР (індивідуальний план реабілітації) та необхідні медичні документи, наша команда допоможе з оформленням, організує супровід до санаторію та безпечне повернення додому. Виїзні активності та соціалізація Ми організовуємо виїзди для дітей з інвалідністю до зоопарків, парків, еко-локацій та тематичних подій. Такі виїзні активності дають дітям нові враження, можливість спілкування, контакт із природою та радість подорожей - те, що часто є недоступним через фізичні обмеження або складні життєві обставини. У межах проєкту ми можемо підтримати 40 унікальних бенефіціарів. Ми розуміємо, наскільки важливо мати можливість зробити паузу, не хвилюючись за безпеку й добробут дитини. The “Caregiver” project to support people with limited mobility In cooperation with Help Age Canada, our organization is implementing a large-scale project aimed at improving the quality of life of people with limited mobility living in dormitories. The daily life of these people is often limited due to physical difficulties. Simple actions for a healthy person, such as going to the store or walking in the park, can be a real challenge for them. That is why we initiated the Caregiver project to provide these people with the help and support they need. Our caregivers are not just assistants, but real friends who are ready to help at any time. They help with household chores, accompany them on walks, and provide emotional support. The "Caregiver" project is more than just providing services. It is about creating an atmosphere of care and mutual assistance where everyone feels valued and important.

TARGETED ASSISTANCE PATRONAGE TRANSPORTATION For people with physical limitations who do not receive the necessary support due to the evacuation of public social assistance structures and businesses, we: we help to get to medical institutions for the next examination and consultations; we provide auxiliary means of movement: crutches, walkers, wheelchairs; we assist in receiving pensions and social benefits; assistance in placing and restoring documents.
